If you register with us as EEG Expert member, independent of an order, and/or subscribe to a service, we store your following personal membership data: member name, e-mail address, password. In case you place an entry in our therapist directory, the following data is additionally stored on our server: Your name, address and other data you are willing to disclose, such as your telephone number, treatment methods, etc. In the event that you use our forum, additionally all data generated during use are stored (e.g. if you write a message in the forum) or are entered voluntarily by you (such as "occupation", "ZIP", etc.). For the storage of such personal data, we need your consent. When registering, we inform you that you need to agree with our privacy terms before completing the registration. Therefore, by registering, you give us the permission to process your personal data.
Use of the Contact Form

When using a contact form on our website your information given in the form are permanently stored on our server. The storgae serves - as in an e-mail program - to enable accessing and processing of your message (also at a later date) by our employees.

4. I consent to allowing BEE Medic GmbH to disclose my personal data to third parties and to affiliated companies, if this is necessary for settlement of a contract.
